FREE shipping on Canada & U.S. orders over $50. $10 flat rate on orders under $50. Local pickup at our Markham store is always free.

Most major Canadian craft suppliers don’t go free until $100–$150. We do at $50.

A low shipping rate applies for international orders — the final cost will show at checkout before you pay.

Processing Time

1-3 business days after order received.

Delivery Time

• Canada: 1-3 business days for ON, QC.;  2-8 business days for other provinces.
• United States: 2-5 business days.
• Other countries: 2-3 weeks.

A tracking number will be provided to you by email once the package was picked up by carriers.

Please choose expedited shipping service and put your expected arriving date on the order note. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with our items, we are generally happy to accept returns. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge. Return is acceptable within 30 days from the date you received the package.

For U.S. customers, please send your return request to info@goqualityvinyl.com. We will send you the returning guide and address.

Please note that customer is responsible for returning shipping charge. We will send you the refund on your original payment once received your return package.

Exchange

You can exchange the items at our store if the items are defective, damaged or simply you don’t like the colors within 30 days after the purchase or from the date you received the package for online orders.
