• A LOW shipping charge for the left of countries. (find out the shipping charge before checkout)

Processing Time

1-3 business days after order received.

Delivery Time

• Canada: 1-3 business days for ON, QC.;  2-8 business days for left of provinces.
• United States: 2-5 business days.
• Left of countries: 2-3 weeks.

A tracking number will be provided to you by email once the package was picked up by carriers.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with our items, we are generally happy to accept returns. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge. Return is acceptable within 30 days from the date you received the package.

Exchange

You can exchange the items at our store if the items are defective, damaged or simply you don’t like the colors within 30 days after the purchase or from the date you received the package for online orders.
